Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted.

2 Photographs, 35mm x 45mm, clicked within the last three months, 80% face, clicked against a plain white background
with matt finish.

TRAVEL DETAILS

Flight Tickets
Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets (not mandatory for Delhi jurisdiction passports)

Hotel Reservation
Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation showcasing the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant's Name and Dates of
Reservation for all days of travel. (not mandatory for Delhi jurisdiction passports)

FINANCIAL DETAILS


Bank Statement
Requires physical
Applicant has to present either their own bank-statement, or the sponsor's statement if they are sponsored by a blood
relative or spouse
Sponsor's 6 month bank statement with bank's sign & seal showing sufficient balance (approximately INR 80,000 per
applicant) and cash flow.
6 month eStatement can also be used where no sign and seal is required.

OCCUPATIONAL DETAILS
Employed
Any one of the below letter from the company with the letterhead along with the applicant name, designation, and
signature of the authorized signatory:
Leave Sanction letter (or) No Objection Certificate (or) Company Appointment Letter (if applicant recently swithched the
company) (or) Payslips of last 3 months (or) Company ID card.

Self-employed
Cover Letter, with the business letterhead.
Business registration certificate; can be any of GST certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership deed, MOA, etc.
Add valid proprietorship proof.

Student
Any one of the below letter from the Institute containing the applicants name:
Bonafide certificate (or) Leave letter from educational institution (or) Student identity card copy.


Retired
Retirement Proof (OR)
Pension slip for the last 3 months.

CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Rental Agreement
Applicable, if passport is issued in a different jurisdiction from the jurisdiction of visa application. The jurisdiction is given
below:
Mumbai Jurisdiction: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, MP, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Daman and Diu
Chennai Jurisdiction: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
Delhi: Rest of India

Sponsor documents
Sponsorship letter from the sponsor stating the applicants details and particulars for the trip.
Employment proof of the sponsor.
Bank-statement of the sponsor,
Government ID proof (Passport, Driving license, PAN card) of the sponsor if the sponsor is from India (or) If the sponsor is
from Singapore, then passport/driving license copy of the sponsor

Marriage certificate
Applicable, if the spouses name is not mentioned at the back of the passport where the spouse is being sponsored by other
spouse

Staying with friends and family.
Invitation letter including the name & passport number of the invitees and duration & purpose of stay
ID Proof/Passport of the inviting person.
Invitor employment D-pass copy.

MANDATORY DETAILS
Additional requirements
All documents in English, if not provide an official translation.
Mention Singapore-Malaysia road travel in the letter, if applicant also travelling to Malaysia in the same Itinerary.
Embassy may request more documents or interview.
Delhi Jurisdiction applicants should sign across the photograph on the form.
If entering or exiting Singapore by road, include it in the covering letter with the intended travel date.
