TRAVELLER DETAILS
Passport
Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from Vietnam.
Handwritten passport and passports valid for more than 10 years are not accepted.
Coloured scanned copy of the passport.

Photographs
Digital photograph taken preferably within the last 3 months
Dimensions: 35*45mm, Clicked against a plain white background.

TRAVEL DETAILS
Flight Tickets
Copy of confirmed Arrival and Departure tickets.

Hotel Reservation
Copy of confirmed Hotel reservation showcasing the Hotel Address, Contact Number, Applicant's Name and Dates of
Reservation for all days of travel.

FINANCIAL DETAILS
Bank Statement
Applicant has to present either their own bank-statement, or the sponsor's statement if they are sponsored by a blood
relative or spouse

Sponsor's 3 month bank statement showing sufficient balance (approximately INR 80,000 per applicant) and cash flow.
CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Birth Certificate
Applicable if traveller is below 12 years of age

Marriage certificate
Applicable, if the spouses name is not mentioned at the back of the passport where the spouse is being sponsored by other
spouse

Singapore e-visa
Applicable if traveller is entering Malaysia from Singapore (Only for Delhi jurisdiction applications)

Staying with friends and family
Invitation Letter In PDF format, including the name/passport no.of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay
Copy of passport of the inviting person
Employee ID proof of the Inviter
Address proof of the Inviter
